Lil Boosie will serve one year in prison at least after his lawyers reached a deal that all but two of a 10-year sentence were suspended. He will then be on active supervised probation for two to five years.
Lil Boosie will be going to jail for 2 years instead of 20 after being charged with third-offense marijuana possession and a weapon possession charge as well,back in October of 2008. But his guilty plea and good behavior could get him a 1 year sentence.Boosie recently dropped a CD called “Superbad: The Return of Boosie Bad Azz” that is doing great on the charts.
